Best wishes!
Here are some additional explanations:
depending on the "Box" (including the orange Livebox5), a "shutter" offers different levels of protection by the firewall; but if one chooses (for the livebox 5) the level "High", Cpanel, FileZilla and other URLs are blocked. It is therefore necessary to use a "Medium" level, so as not to have problems accessing these URLs.
Orange indicates for the high level:
******************
The firewall filters all incoming connections. Outgoing connections are only authorized for standard Internet applications (web, mails, news, etc.). This level restricts the Orange TV service to TV channels. Television on demand and VOD are not accessible.
Some gaming or peer-to-peer applications, which rely on inbound connections, may no longer function properly.
*****************
If you want to keep this level, to restrict access to certain unwanted Orange features (!!), you have to remember to change the configuration if you want to have access to Cpanel, and to FileZilla, etc. .
Of course, you can configure the firewall according to your needs, taking into account Cpanel and other data, (if you choose (on the Livebox5) the "Custom" level): you must be "knowledgeable" like the indicates Orange !!! !
NB. It seems to me that Orange intervenes on the firewall of the computer and does not install its own firewall.
Sincerely,
